How a small project helped heal the creative soul
This was a fun internal project for Farm Credit Mid-America (FCMA). One of the best things about FCMA is the company culture. It’s filled with genuinely kind people who go out of their way to collaborate and share their knowledge, empowering those around them to grow and succeed. Ask & Offer is a speaker series where team members do just that—share what they know about specific topics with colleagues eager to learn.
When a teammate approached me to create a visual brand identity for Ask & Offer, I jumped at the chance. Our goal was to craft something quirky, colorful, and engaging to encourage more participation, both in attending talks and volunteering as speakers. The result? A vibrant identity centered around the ultimate symbol of wisdom—the owl.

Ask & Offer seal. This custom design was used to hand emboss each sticker merch pack, adding a personal touch.
Hand-stamped, sealed, and carefully assembled sticker merch packs were distributed to team members to announce the rebranded Ask & Offer program, with the aim of boosting awareness and driving engagement.
Volunteers who stepped up to speak received an exclusive, limited-edition Speaker sticker as a special recognition.
A unique collection of owl stickers was created exclusively for each month’s talk, available only to attendees. These limited-edition designs add an element of fun and exclusivity, encouraging both attendance and engagement throughout the year as participants aim to collect them all. They also represent the unique wisdom we all have to share.
